Plugin terms and license

1. The plugins
STARRBABY VOX is a vocal processing plugin. STARR COMPRESSOR, STARR EQ and STARR EFFECT are separate vocal plugins. STARR TUNE is a separate, completely free tuning plugin. Check the platform and format listed on the download page before installing. Format availability is listed for each product. Preset files are host-specific: FL Studio chains, individual VST3/AU states and a manual parameter guide.
2. VOX purchase and activation
A public VOX license costs $49.99 USD once and covers one computer. Keep your individual key private. Contact support when you need to move it to a replacement computer. Initial activation requires an internet connection; the plugin saves a signed activation for offline use. Refunded or disputed keys cannot be used for new activations. Invited tester editions do not require a license key and have no expiry.
2a. STARR COMPRESSOR, STARR EQ and the bundle
STARR COMPRESSOR costs $19.99 USD once and STARR EQ costs $29.99 USD once. Each comes with a license key that covers one computer. The STARRBABY bundle costs $119.99 USD once and includes VOX, COMPRESSOR, EQ, EFFECT and STARR Vocal Collection Vol. 1. One license key activates the four paid plugins on one computer. Existing complete bundle licenses also cover EFFECT and the collection, with no additional purchase. Keep your key private. Contact support when you need to move it to a replacement computer. Initial activation requires an internet connection. After a verified checkout you receive your license key, a download code and a download link by email. Keep them private; they are for your own use. The link gives you the newest installers for as long as your purchase is active. If you bought STARR COMPRESSOR, STARR EQ or the bundle before these plugins asked for a key, we email your key before the update that asks for it. Refunded or disputed purchases lose download access, and their license keys cannot be used for new activations.
2b. STARR Vocal Collection Vol. 1
The ten-preset collection costs $24.99 USD once when bought separately and is included in the $119.99 bundle. The standalone pack does not include plugin licenses. It requires STARR TUNE, EQ, COMPRESSOR, VOX and EFFECT. It includes five lead and five adlib chains, individual plugin presets, artwork and a setup/parameter guide. Native full-chain loading is available in FL Studio; other hosts may require loading each plugin preset or entering the supplied settings. Choose formats supported by your DAW before purchase. Download access uses the purchase code and is removed for refunded or disputed purchases. You may use and edit the presets in personal and commercial recordings without an additional royalty. You may not resell or redistribute the preset files, guide or artwork as a preset pack.
3. STARR TUNE and donations
STARR TUNE is completely free to download, install and use, with every feature included. The first-time download form collects your name, phone and email. Existing users can get update installers at STARR TUNE updates without registering again. No account or activation is needed in the plugin. Donations are separate and entirely voluntary. Their purpose is to help us create and provide free tools for other creatives. A donation is not a purchase price, subscription, upgrade or requirement for any feature. Donations support our work creating and providing free tools. For plugin purchases (VOX, STARR COMPRESSOR, STARR EQ, presets and the bundle) and donations, net proceeds after processing costs and refunds are shared 60% with Rollout Heaven LLC and 40% with Scootie Wop. Shares settle after provider funds become available; refunds and disputes may reduce or reverse them. You may optionally add an estimated processing fee contribution; the total is shown before checkout. No charitable tax receipt is provided.
4. Your work and third party licenses
You may use the plugins in personal and commercial music projects. Your recordings remain yours. License keys and STARRBABY brand materials are not provided for resale. Third party and open source components retain their own licenses and notices, included with the installed plugin; nothing here removes rights those licenses grant.
5. Help, purchases and refunds
If installation, activation or audio processing does not work with your supported setup, contact starrbabywrldwide@gmail.com with your purchase email, operating system and DAW version. We will review your issue and any refund request. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
6. Updates and testing
The plugin can check for updates. You can turn checks off in Settings. Updates are installed after you save your projects and close your DAW; they do not replace a plugin while it is processing audio. Back up important projects and test changes on a copy. Compatibility with every host, operating system or future update is not guaranteed.
