How to use autotune in FL Studio
- Close FL Studio and run the installer for your computer.
- Open FL Studio, then Options, Manage plugins, and choose Find installed plugins.
- Open the Mixer, select the insert your vocal is routed to, click an empty slot and pick the plugin.
Put STARR TUNE in the first slot so it tunes the dry vocal before anything else.
Presets that load as one chain
The Vocal Collection has five lead chains and five adlib chains. In FL Studio each one loads as a full chain. Every chain uses STARR TUNE, EQ, COMPRESSOR, VOX and EFFECT, so you need all five plugins; the preset pack alone does not include plugin licenses.
Build the chain
- STARR TUNE, free. Tuning first, on the dry vocal.
- STARR EQ, $29.99. Body, mid, presence and air.
- STARR COMPRESSOR, $19.99. One knob holds the vocal up front.
- STARRBABY VOX, $49.99. Tuning, dynamics, tone and space in one window.
- STARR EFFECT, in the bundle. Echo and atmosphere from one main knob.
Want all of it? The bundle has VOX, COMPRESSOR, EQ, EFFECT and all ten presets for $119.99. STARR TUNE stays free for everyone.
